DEI Metrics: Gateway to a Successful DEI Initiative

This program will provide HR professionals and others with a better understanding regarding:

• Establishing impactful DEI goals and metrics
• Utilizing tools to help manage/assess your organization’s DEI initiatives (ex: via “Heat Map, Traffic Light Model, etc.”)
• Modifying KPI’s to align with employers’ needs
• Incorporating agility/preparing for DEI’s future (a la the Supreme Court’s Recent decision re: Afirmative Action)
